Overview of SAP Educational Videos

Problem

A team of consultants sought an engaging approach to communicate their message to clients effectively. They asked for our help in developing innovative presentation ideas for their work. Given that these consultants are required to provide ongoing training to onboard clients on various SAP products, they aimed to reduce the frequency of in-person sessions. Our team was tasked with creating materials that clients could reference as needed, thereby enhancing accessibility and efficiency in the onboarding process.

Process

We conducted several meetings with stakeholders to thoroughly understand their requirements. Initially, we discussed the potential of a SharePoint site, which SAP was actively promoting as a centralized location for accessing necessary materials. However, stakeholders expressed the need for additional ideas to enhance this initiative. To address this, I facilitated a design thinking workshop, recognizing that the consultants required clearer guidance on how to present information in a user-friendly manner.

The company has numerous restrictions regarding the types of materials that can be created, and we needed to adhere to a tight deadline while navigating these limitations. During our brainstorming session in Mural, we focused on generating ideas that complied with company policies and utilized the available mediums effectively.
